Singapore sits in a middle ground: you can view market data and hold existing positions to resolution, but cannot open new trades or make new deposits.
This middle tier is more common than a full block. You keep read access and your existing positions resolve normally, but the deposit and new-order paths are closed. In practice it is a wind-down state rather than a hard cut-off.
Let open positions resolve, then withdraw. Do not add funds — deposits may not be creditable.
